5 Places for Mother’s Day Brunch – DFW

Mothers day is around the corner… well… tomorrow.. but for those last minute people who have no clue where to take the #1 lady in ya life. Here’s a short, but to the point list!

Buttons – Ft. Worth

Executive Chef Keith Hicks is kicking up the flavor with his award winning mentality. Sunday brunch also features a live band your mother is sure to love.

Jonathon’s -Oak Cliff

If you don’t know anything about Jonathon’s Oak Cliff, you know to get there early. The line is usually wrapped around the corner. That alone speaks for the quality of this place, nothing else needed from me.

Lo-Lo’s Chicken & Waffles – Southlake

Larry “Lo-Lo-” White opened his first restaurant in 2001 in Arizona. HE has since expanded and is rippin’ the seal off the food scene in Dallas, Tx. His scratch made recipes are very popular and sure to please your mother and the family alike. (P.s. They serve kool-aid)

Stirr, one of my go to’s in the Dallas area has it all. Atmosphere, views, and amazing food. Sit on the rooftop patio or dine downstairs facing the open kitchen. Either way you’ll definitely be back.

Another one of my favorites, these guys don’t lack on the flavor. Very calm and cool atmosphere and I’ve actually done a write up on them that you can read here. The menu has something for everybody!
